Los Angeles, California · Est. 2021 · Founded by Karen Oren & Leore Oren (sisters)
Karen and Leore Oren grew up in Los Angeles, studied design and PR respectively, and built The Ceremony Club around a simple conviction: the wedding space deserved a younger, fresher aesthetic. The photo albums they design are the kind that actually make it off the shelf -- beautifully covered, thoughtfully made, and designed for the couple who wants their most important memories housed in something as considered as the day itself.
Sisters Karen and Leore Oren were born and raised in Los Angeles with complementary instincts -- Leore studied design and marketing at FIDM, Karen studied PR at USC -- and a shared feeling that the wedding industry was stuck. Too traditional, too predictable, not nearly cool enough for the couples actually getting married. They built their visual agency Your Dream Club first, working with fashion brands on creative assets, then turned that same eye toward the wedding space and launched The Ceremony Club.
The brand is built for the modern bride who has a point of view -- one who approaches her wedding the way she approaches getting dressed: with intention, personality, and no interest in anything generic. The photo albums are the heart of the registry offering: beautifully designed keepsakes made to house the most important images of a couple's life together. The kind of object that sits on a coffee table in the first apartment and ends up on a bookshelf in the house they grow old in. On a registry, The Ceremony Club is the gift that turns photographs into an heirloom -- and makes sure the best day of your life looks exactly as good on the shelf as it felt in the moment.
