New York, NY · Est. 2019 · Founded by Marcie Pantzer
Marcie Pantzer spent years as an editor at Town & Country before she built the brand she'd always wanted to exist. Founded in 2019 and named for her daughter Annabelle, Dear Annabelle makes luxury paper goods and stationery for people who believe a handwritten note is its own form of love language -- elegant, witty, and designed for the moments that deserve to be marked on beautiful paper.
Marcie Pantzer grew up writing letters. She went to sleep-away camp and wrote home. She built a career as an editor at Town & Country with a collector's eye for beautiful objects and a deep conviction that paper -- fine, weighted, beautifully designed paper -- was one of the most underrated pleasures in a well-lived life. In 2019 she stopped waiting for someone else to make what she wanted and launched Dear Annabelle: a luxury stationery and paper goods brand named for her daughter, built around the belief that correspondence is a form of intimacy.
The line is everything a former Town & Country editor would make -- classic, richly colored, sophisticated, and not above a well-placed wink. Notecards, notepads, place cards, and entertaining papers designed for people who set a beautiful table and still believe in the handwritten thank you note. FSC-certified paper stock, a commitment to sustainability, and a percentage of sales donated to global reforestation through One Tree Planted. Carried at Over The Moon and boutiques across the country. On a registry, Dear Annabelle is the gift category that makes every celebration -- and the morning after -- feel more considered.
