West Bend, Wisconsin · Est. 2010 · Founded by Bryan & Beth Hurley
Bryan Hurley's father came home from Vietnam, discovered waterless cookware, and sold it door-to-door for over 30 years. When the supplier outsourced production to China and laid off their entire American workforce, Bryan invested the family's life savings to build a new factory in West Bend, Wisconsin -- hiring every displaced worker he could find, collectively bringing 450 years of manufacturing experience to the floor. His wife Beth left her biotech career to launch the brand. Together they built 360 Cookware: heirloom-quality, non-toxic, surgical-grade stainless steel cookware, handcrafted in Wisconsin, built to last a lifetime and backed by one to prove it.
The story of 360 Cookware begins with a soldier returning from Vietnam. Bryan Hurley's father discovered waterless cookware after coming home, fell in love with what it did for food -- cooking in its own juices, at lower temperatures, preserving nutrients and flavor in a way conventional cookware couldn't -- and spent the next 30 years selling it door-to-door across America. It became a family vocation and a family conviction.
When the company his father worked with began outsourcing production to China, the American workers who had built their careers around this craft were laid off. Bryan made a decision that many called reckless: he invested the Hurley family's life savings to break ground on a state-of-the-art cookware factory in West Bend, Wisconsin -- the heart of American cookware manufacturing -- and hired as many of those displaced workers as he could find. Collectively they brought 450 years of manufacturing experience to the floor on day one.
He then persuaded his wife Beth to leave her biotech career -- where she specialized in launching new pharmaceutical products -- to build the consumer brand. She founded 360 Cookware as a woman-owned small business and launched it as the world's first direct-to-consumer cookware brand, removing the live demonstration model that had defined the industry for decades and making it available directly online. The name comes from the lid that spins 360 degrees and the patented Vapor Technology that heats food 360 degrees around -- cooking faster, at lower temperatures, without added fats or oils, locking in nutrients that conventional high-heat cooking destroys.
Every piece is made from surgical-grade stainless steel -- 100% non-toxic, PFAS-free, no coatings of any kind -- handcrafted by American artisans in a Green E-Certified, wind-powered, zero-landfill factory, and backed by an unconditional lifetime warranty. On a registry, 360 Cookware is the last cookware a couple will ever need to buy -- and a story worth telling every time someone asks about the pots on the stove.
